True North Molds is a leader in the design and manufacture of molds for the Automotive TPE and Rubber Sealing Systems market. Starting in the 1970’s True North Molds has developed its skill and expertise in this niche market concentrating on sealing system molds only. TPE is now a significant part of our business with many projects in North America and Europe.

We design and build molds from small Butt Splices right up to the large Glass Encapsulation molds. Innovation and new technology keep us at the forefront of this demanding industry. We have been involved in programs for all the Major car companies including General Motors, Ford, Daimler-Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Isuzu, Bentley, Skoda, Subaru, Seat and Smart.

True North Molds has partners in North America, Europe and now China to help meet our customers' global requirements for on-time quality molds at a reasonable cost. We can offer expertise in many areas: part design; mold design; special finishing of mold surfaces to achieve gloss match on molded parts; tuning and first run sample parts; cutting units and low volume part production.
